So you are comparing a blow job to giving birth? They are two totally different things. This quote is invalid.
The comparison is between sperm and a zygote. Both are alive and have the potential to become a human being. Why is it then acceptable if a sperm dies, but not a zygote?
Also, go fuck yourself.
I challenge you to find this divine sperm, sirormaam. Sperm without egg has no growth potential whatsoever. Egg without sperm has no growth potential whatsoever. Zygotes can become human. Sperm cannot.
I don’t understand how this can possibly be a difficult thing to understand.

Either way, abortion is not murder…and a blow job cannot be cannibalism. Oh wait…did I just correct the typo of “cannibilism”…oh yes, I did. That, alone, makes this invalid.
Just as a sperm is not a human being, neither is a zygote or embryo. It is a potential person - it will develop into one. However, it does not have a right to be in a woman. It has no inherent rights simply for being a collection of cells that will, in the future, be a human being with rights. Notice how, in order to give ‘rights’ to the unborn/nonliving, you take away rights from the living - such as the right to get any medical procedure as mutually and non-coercively agreed upon. You also take away the right of a woman to have control over the functions of her body and the dependent constituents of it - cells, etc. There is no fundamental difference between an embryo and normal cells apart from the fact that it is coded to form into another human being potentially (the reason it is a potential is because it will become another being, assuredly, however it is only a potentiality. Remove the distinction between potentialities and actualities, and then illogical, immoral, and unethical results such as blowjobs, according to this flawed logic, be cannibalism. An individual has implicit ownership of their body and what or, in this case sort of, who is allowed to be within it.
We are all mortal. One day, we shall die. However, by logic implicitly accepted if one holds that embryos have rights like human beings, one would necessarily, in order to not contradict, hold that the police should arrest you for murdering yourself. Regardless of the fact there is no one’s rights being violated or anyone to even be the victim, this worship of unlife, this acceptance of the unliving taking precedence over the living is one of the most abhorrently evil positions in politics: a lobby for the non-living qua non-living, with an agenda to legislate to place guns to the heads of actual human beings; the living.
